USER SUBMISSIONS: COMMENTS, FEEDBACK, AND MORE

By contributing any content, such as contest entries or creative ideas, whether requested or unsolicited, you offer us unfettered permission to edit, copy, publish, distribute, and utilize it in any form. We have no obligation to keep it confidential, pay you, or respond to it. While we may monitor, edit, or remove problematic information at our discretion, you promise that your comments will not violate any third-party rights or contain illegal, abusive, or dangerous content. ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS

On occasion, the Site may contain typographical mistakes, historical information, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. We retain the right to correct any mistakes, inaccuracies, or omissions on the Site, as well as to change or update information or cancel orders, at any time without prior notice (even after you have completed your order).

We make every effort to accurately reflect the colors of our rugs on the Site. However, because your monitor determines the actual colors you see, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of any color seen on your monitor.

The risk of loss and title for such products passes to you when we deliver them to the carrier.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Beniatlas.com website's properties, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, charges, complaints, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from or related to your use of the Site in any way.

PROHIBITED USES

In addition to other prohibitions as outlined in the Terms of Use, you are prohibited from using the site or its content for the following purposes:

1. Any unlawful activities.
2. Soliciting others to engage in unlawful acts.
3. Violating any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances.
4. Infringing upon or violating our intellectual property rights or those of others.
5. Harassing, abusing, insulting, harming, defaming, slandering, disparaging, intimidating, or discriminating based on gender, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability.
6. Submitting false or misleading information.
7. Uploading or transmitting viruses or any other type of malicious code that could affect the functionality or operation of the Site, any related website, other websites, or the Internet.
8. Collecting or tracking the personal information of others.
9. Spamming, phishing, pharming, pretexting, spidering, crawling, or scraping.
10. Engaging in any obscene or immoral activities.
11. Interfering with or circumventing the security features of the Site, any related website, other websites, or the Internet.

We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Site or any related website for violating any of these prohibited uses.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms of Use is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms of Use; however, such determination shall have no effect on the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

New orders are processed within 24 hours and routed directly to our Studio production staff. The entire procedure, from loom setup to rug weaving, washing, and drying, takes 12 - 16 weeks. Rugs measuring 9' x 12' or greater may require additional time. Please check with our team for order updates.

You are welcome to return or exchange items. Just notify us within 7 days after delivery and return the items within 14 days. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders; however, if you encounter any difficulties, please let us know. Please keep in mind that you will be responsible for the cost of returning things, and if they are not returned in their original condition, any loss in value will be your responsibility.

SHIPPING

We offer free express delivery through trusted partners such as Aramex, FedEx, and DHL, delivering worldwide except in certain locations where shipping may not be possible. Delivery takes 3 to 5 days (with a maximum of 10 days) to your door once the weaving process is completed. While we work with reputable shipping firms, please be aware that unanticipated shipment delays are beyond our control.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs and import taxes. Customs delays are beyond our control. In addition, we have no control over any unexpected delays imposed by customs procedures. We really appreciate your patience in this subject as we work hard to ensure a seamless delivery experience for your valuable purchase.

REMINDER

• Size & Measurements: The final measurements of our rugs may vary by 5% to 10%. It's worth mentioning that fringes aren't included in the total size. Also, bear in mind that sizing discrepancies can arise as a result of different measurement methods and wool's natural shrinkage.

• Design: Please be informed that our bespoke carpets may differ somewhat from the originals. This variance happens because they are woven by hand utilizing traditional weaving techniques, which can have little effect on the patterns.

• Color: While we strive for accuracy, the colors of our listed carpets may vary somewhat owing to factors such as photographic lighting sources or monitor settings.
